Jan. Eight

Filipinos. Zombie apocalypse.

We were in a school. Community already established. We secured a door to the pharmacy. We were discussing the best methods for locking; it should be a lock and key device. Someone else suggested a locker combo.

A skinny black girl and her friends were trying to fight their way in.

Me and a best guy friend. We would exchange notes by using postcards written with code. We hid them through the building.

One member is a girly guy. We were able to swap some pills.

All of a sudden the skinny black girl wasn’t all that hot shit anymore. Her eyes were starting to twitch and her face remained blank. She looked like she couldn't remember what she forgot. We continued on. We had her hang out with us because she became the butt of the joke.

The guy liked a girl who takes care of the community but she wasn't ready for him. I think he proposed to the black girl because one day she had a fancy shiny silver ring on her hand. Grandma and I stared. We fought. Everyone left in different directions.
